Stichting Kudelkunst is a foundation which focuses on bringing local artists in Kudelstaart to the attention of the public. The first event organised by Stichting Kudelkunst was an open day: Visitors could freely walk into the homes and studios of artists in Kudelstaart: An event that is called a ‘Kunstroute’ in Dutch.
This event had to be advertised using the internet and various print media.
Due to the amount of different artists that had to be showcased, all with their own individual style, the colourscheme of all media had to adapt, depending on the pictures of the artist. Complementary colours were choosen to strengthen the work of the artists and a neutral grey was used for the main sections of the website.
These colours were used again in print advertising and also found their way onto the street, to mark locations where artists could be found during the ‘Kunstroute’.
